1.How long does the scent from a diffuser last?
Each reed diffuser offers a different lifespan depending on its size—250ml can last from 2.5 to 6 months, while 180ml typically lasts around 2 to 4 months. The longevity and scent intensity can vary depending on room conditions, the number of reeds used, and ventilation. When more reeds are used, the fragrance will be stronger, but the diffuser may have a shorter lifespan. Conversely, using fewer reeds will result in a more subtle scent but a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
2.Do you use artificial colouring?
No, we do not use artificial colouring. The yellow colour in some products comes naturally from certain fragrant oils, like rose oil.
3.s it natural?
We use high-grade fragrance oils, crafted in Japan for refined diffusion. They’re perfume-inspired, not essential oil-based, designed to evoke mood and atmosphere, not mimic nature. This is modern scenting, created for beauty, not therapy.
4.Is it safe for pets?
Our diffusers are alcohol-free and crafted for ambient use only.
Many clients use them in pet-friendly homes, but sensitivities can vary by breed.
We recommend placing diffusers in a well-ventilated area, out of reach from pets and children, as with any scented product.

| HOW TO USE YOUR AIRY REED DIFFUSER FOR A LONGER-LASTING FRAGRANCE
THE IDEAL PLACEMENT
Place your diffuser on a stable surface away from direct sunlight and electronics, ideally at a height between your knees and head. That's your sweet spot for optimal scent diffusion.
POUR WITHOUT SPILLS
Remove the lid and fill the designated vessel with the fragrance oil. Hold the refill bottle at a higher angle and pour slowly to prevent spills.
MAXIMISE DIFFUSION
Pour the fragrance oil into the round glass bottle and immerse the reed diffuser sticks into it. Insert the reeds for 30 minutes, then flip them to ensure they are fully saturated.
ROTATE TO REVITALISE
Enhance scent diffusion by rotating the sticks every few weeks. For an intense aroma, invert reeds weekly; for a subtler fragrance, opt for bi-weekly inversion.
OPTIMAL SCENT CONTROL
High airflow and dry air intensify the scent but speed up oil consumption, while limited airflow humid air softens the aroma and prolongs the lifespan of the fragrance.
TACKLE SPILLS PROMPTLY
In the event of oil spillage, swiftly clean the area with mild detergent and warm water.Avoid leaving spills unattended to prevent stains or damage.
