Order fragrance materials by weight and pour directly into existing stock bottles and packaging, finished with a custom label. Same Japanese quality, lower cost, faster turnaround.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Tell us about your project
Not sure where to start? Just describe the idea and the rest will be guided from there. What format, how much customisation, or simply what the fragrance is for.

Step 2: Receive a quote and timeline 
An assessment of what is possible, how long it will take, and an estimated cost range. 

Step 3: Approve trial samples
Trial samples are recommended before larger productions begin. For smaller or single projects, this step can be skipped.

Step 4: Production
Once everything is confirmed, production begins. 

Step 5: Delivery
Shipped directly to the destination or collected from Japan. Delivery availability varies by country and will be confirmed before any production begins.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I just change the label without changing anything else? 
   Yes. Choosing an existing AIRY® scent with a custom label on an existing stock bottle is the simplest and fastest option.
   
   
2. Is there a minimum order quantity? 
   No strict minimum. Smaller quantities cost more per unit as everything is sourced specifically for each project. Using existing stock bottles with a custom label is the most cost-efficient route for smaller orders.
   
   
3. Can I smell the scent before committing to a full order? 
   Yes. Trial samples can be arranged before production begins. For very small or single-unit projects, this step can be discussed individually.
   
   
4. Will there be customs or import duties? 
   For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Clients are responsible for any fees due.
   
   
5. What is the returns policy? 
   For all custom manufactured products, returns are not accepted. For items that arrive missing or damaged during transit, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and the situation will be assessed.
